About the role
We’re looking for a remote Growth Marketing Coordinator to help expand our user base and drive engagement through digital marketing strategies. You’ll work on paid and organic campaigns, manage email marketing, oversee social media efforts, and support partnership-driven acquisition initiatives. Every decision you make will be grounded in data and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to optimize our marketing funnel and build repeatable systems that scale.
What you’ll be doing
• Support paid digital, email, and social media marketing campaigns
• Help develop and execute acquisition campaigns and referral programs
• Track and analyse key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion rates
• Manage email marketing performance and recommend optimisations
• Work with dashboards and reporting tools to translate data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve conversion rates and user activation
• Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards for leadership review
Skills/background needed
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided
• Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn marketing metrics and analytics
• Comfort using dashboards and spreadsheets to track campaign performance
• Experience with or willingness to learn email marketing platforms and social media management
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Attention to detail and a mindset focused on testing, optimisation, and measurable results
