We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to support digital engagement, marketing campaigns, website management, and member-focused experiences. This role is key to building brand awareness, engaging our community, and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
The Role
In this fully remote position, you’ll:
• Manage and update website content to keep information accurate, current, and aligned with organizational goals
• Support improvements to websites and digital platforms that enhance user experience and engagement
• Help manage digital channels including websites, email marketing systems, and member engagement platforms
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support programs, events, and member initiatives
• Build and coordinate marketing timelines, promotional calendars, and campaign deliverables
• Support the execution of social media strategy across our digital channels
• Explore opportunities to use emerging technologies and tools to improve content, marketing efficiency, and audience engagement
• Assist with digital event management, including registrations, attendee communications, and engagement platforms
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training on all tools and systems. Ideally, you’ll have:
• Familiarity with website content management, email marketing, or social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Basic comfort with marketing automation platforms or customer relationship management systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Enthusiasm for learning new digital tools and technologies
• Experience with analytics platforms or Google Sheets is a plus
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
