Social Media & Content Manager – Part Time Remote

The role

You’ll own how the brand shows up across social platforms, from initial concept through to published content. You’ll work directly with the leadership team on strategy, create content from ideation through production, and manage the content calendar across multiple platforms.

What you’ll actually do

Strategy sessions: Regular working meetings with leadership on positioning, campaign direction, and messaging. Your input shapes the overall approach.

Ideate and create: Bring concepts to the table. You’ll develop creative ideas and bring them to life. There’s a starting point, not a rigid script to follow.

Shoot and edit: You’ll produce the content yourself using tools you likely already own—a smartphone and computer. We create native, platform-appropriate content designed to feel authentic and immediate.

Manage content and accounts: You’ll work with leadership to build a content calendar, then own its execution. You run day-to-day social media activity.

Build paid campaigns: Collaborate on audience targeting and creative strategy for paid social and search ads. You’ll help launch and optimise these together.

Analyse and iterate: Review what worked and what didn’t, share your insights, and decide together what to create next.
