About the Role
We’re hiring content creators to produce short-form videos for social media. This is a paid, part-time role where you’ll create content, build a portfolio, and learn what actually performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. No prior experience or large following needed.
What You’ll Create
• Storytelling and narrative content (personal experiences, lessons learned, relatable moments)
• Trend-based content (memes, sounds, and formats adapted to your own authentic voice)
• Product or feature demonstrations (screen recordings and walkthroughs)
• Reaction-style videos (responses to features, updates, or moments)
• Testimonial-style content (natural, unscripted, conversational)
What You’ll Do
• Film original short-form videos from your phone
• Deliver scripted lines naturally or improvise around prompts
• Capture authentic, relatable moments and perspectives
• Edit for short-form pacing (hooks, captions, quick cuts)
• Create multiple versions of content to test performance
• Refine your work based on team feedback
Skills/background needed: Current college student or recent graduate. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Comfort being on camera. Basic editing skills using tools like CapCut or built-in mobile editors. A natural sense of what feels authentic and relatable. No prior UGC or professional experience required.
Bonus qualifications: Previous short-form content creation experience, strong understanding of social media trends, or interest in content creation and marketing.
