Social Media & Creator Partnerships Coordinator – Remote

Location: Open to applicants worldwide

Contract length: Full-time, permanent

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Social media and creator partnerships are at the heart of modern communication. This role focuses on building authentic relationships with content creators, managing social channels, and developing strategies that resonate with audiences across multiple platforms.

You’ll work fully remote and own the complete lifecycle of creator and influencer partnerships—from identifying the right partners through to managing ongoing collaborations. You’ll help shape how the brand shows up on social media every day, and you’ll develop an understanding of cultural trends and audience behaviour that informs every creative decision.

What you’ll do:

Social Strategy & Content

Work across multiple social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook. Help develop content plans that are platform-native and authentic. Engage with audiences in real time in a way that feels genuine and on-brand. Learn to spot cultural moments and understand why certain content resonates with specific audiences.

Creator & Influencer Relationships

Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers across different audience sizes. Learn to evaluate which creators align with brand values and reach target audiences. Support the negotiation and management of creator partnerships. Over time, develop the ability to manage multiple relationships efficiently and at scale.

Cultural Intelligence

Develop a genuine understanding of audience behaviour: what people engage with, who they trust, and how your sector fits into their lives. Learn to explain not just what performed, but why. Understand how to spot emerging cultural trends and where the audience is heading. Apply this intelligence to partnership decisions and content direction.

Performance & Accountability

Track and report on social and creator performance metrics. Learn to tie cultural work to measurable business outcomes. Make decisions quickly and take ownership of results.

Skills/background needed:

This is an entry-level role with full training provided. We’re looking for someone with:

A genuine interest in social media, culture, and content creation. The ability to learn quickly and think critically about audience behaviour. Comfort with analytics and tying performance to measurable outcomes. An authentic passion for understanding why people connect with certain messages. Strong written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally with other teams.

Experience with social platforms and basic knowledge of creator partnerships is helpful but not essential. If you understand how culture works and want to develop expertise in this space, we’ll teach you the rest.

Why this role matters:

You won’t be following a pre-existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how the brand engages with culture and builds community. Social and creator partnerships are deeply integrated here—not separate functions. If you want to understand culture at a deeper level and help push the conversation forward, this role offers genuine learning potential.

What we offer:

Competitive entry-level pay. Flexible remote working arrangements. A supportive environment where creativity and learning are encouraged. Real mentorship and the chance to develop expertise in a fast-moving field. Opportunities to grow into more senior responsibilities as you develop skills and impact.

We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender identity, ancestry, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
