You should be comfortable identifying grants that are a realistic fit for growing organizations, managing multiple deadlines, maintaining organized records, and following detailed application instructions. Passion for youth development and education is essential.
What Success Looks Like
The goal is to build a strong, realistic funding pipeline by identifying opportunities that are a genuine match for our organization. Success means maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities, submitting quality applications throughout the year, expanding relationships with community funders, increasing sponsorship opportunities, and strengthening our overall funding strategy.
