Roles: Grant Writer and Researcher
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part-time, temporary (up to 6 months), around 3 to 5 hours per week.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
We are looking for a curious, organised writer to join our team and help research funding opportunities and draft grant proposals. This is a fully remote, beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior grant writing experience is required.
What you will do:
Research and review funding opportunities from public, private and corporate sources, and note which ones fit our projects. Write clear proposal narratives for exhibitions, research and community outreach. Help keep a simple grant calendar with deadlines and follow-up dates. Support friendly communication with funders through updates and thank-you notes.
Skills and background needed:
A high school diploma or equivalent is welcome; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required. Comfort with reading and writing in English, basic research skills, and the ability to stay organised. Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided for everything else.
Work format: Fully remote, work from home or anywhere. Flexible part-time hours. Opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are happy to support you as you get started.
