About the role:
We’re looking for a copywriter to join us on a flexible, freelance basis. You’ll work with a range of clients, writing persuasive ad copy tailored to their audiences and goals. Each project starts with a creative brief that outlines the target audience, offer, and brand guidelines. You’ll research the client and market, create multiple versions of ad copy, and help guide the visual creative direction. Your work will be monitored and refined based on real performance data.

What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with the team to understand client goals and audience needs
• Research markets and clients to identify the strongest messaging angles
• Write engaging, persuasive ad copy for a range of clients
• Test and refine copy based on performance feedback
• Help direct visual creative elements to complement your copy
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to write persuasive, clear copy that connects with audiences
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Creative thinking – you can take complex ideas and make them compelling
• Willingness to learn and improve based on performance data
• Some copywriting or advertising writing experience is preferred, but not essential for entry-level candidates with strong writing skills
